Installing Tint Flames and Graphics
We recommend installing the flame on the glass before peeling away all the excess film from the cut. spray film then apply a layer of clear liner over the flame or graphic spray and squeegee. Let the film set for about an hour. Pull the excess film around the flame.
You may pick away the excess film from your pattern before applying the graphic to the window (see illustration above) or you may peel away the liner and apply graphic to window before picking way excess film.
After applying graphic to glass, wet graphic, lay clear liner over graphic then squeegee on.
Peel away clear liner and pick away excess film from graphic
You're done applying a film graphic.
Apply a coat of film over the flame so when you roll the window up and down it does not catch the corners of your graphic. Also, installing a layer of film over the flame or graphic helps it to stand out, creating a rich look.
We recommend using silver film for your flame or graphic because when you apply a layer of film over the graphic it will not show up the edges of the graphic. The edges of the graphic will hold air and the silver film blends it in so it won't be noticed. If you install a non silver graphic or flame the edges will have a bubble look to them.
